When deploying Windows, is there a way to format the first partition rather than the entire drive?

In TS,under Apply Operating system, you have different options where do u want the OS to be applied like with Drive letter or First avilable partition. If you need to have the partition to be formatted ,you can create package with diskpart.exe command line to format the specific partition.

Thanks for the idea. I created a diskpart text file that selects disk 0, partition 1, then formats it. I added the text file to the boot image, then put in the TS a "run command line" calling diskpart and referencing the script.
