Hello,
if you don't mind, post the full smsts.log so we can have detailed information -
Hello
You're using HKCU
By default when ran through SCCM it is using a system account.

Did you add WinPE network driver for this latitude ?
Might be the cause

Hello
We got no issue with same model here.
Is it PXE boot ? USB boot ? full media ?
Is it an hard reboot or is it a winpe initated reboot ? (if it is a winpe intiated reboot, opening a DOS window with F8 should prevent the reboot)
If you're able to do, look at x:\windows\temp\smsts.log and/or post it here.

At your discharge, the error stating it can't find source is a bit disconcerting for that issue

Hi
In smsts.log we can see "DownloadOnDemand flag is true"
You're telling it is an HTA at the begining of the TS
When a TS step must access package content before the hdd is partitioned/formated, where the data can be downloaded ? nowhere !
--> Select "Access content directly from DP" instead of "download content locally"

You could also build a reference image more often, including latest sw updates...

Hi David,
Look at below white paper called "Deploying the Latitude 10 with Windows 8 using Configuration Manager 2012"
http://en.community.dell.com/techcenter/extras/m/white_papers/20305418.aspx
It should help you

Hi Milchbart,
You should use the SMSTSPreferredAdvertID variable
This allows an administrator with a custom front end (i.e. HTA) or script the ability to deploy any task sequence with an active deployment. It adds the flexibility to automate and selectively run a task sequence when multiple are deployment to a collection.
SCCM 1703 OSD not working– No Task Sequences Available
