Dear All, We are using Exchange Server 2010 SP3 in our network, also install the anti spam agents to cop with different sort of attacks. we have to block some words in mail, to manage this we add some custom words for experiment but it did not work for us. more over i check the content filter agent priority and enable/disable mode. even i change the priority of content filter agent to 1 and restart the exchange transport service. but its not working. Please help me out, what the problem is and how to solve. Regards RMA

Dear All, We have exchange server 2010 installed in our network, the smtp service on the exchange stop responding but automatically activated after some time for some time and again down. is there any suggestion to fix this issue. during smtp service response time every thing will be fine but it responds only for minute or two. microsoft exchange transport service is running on server. Dear All, I need to make a retention policy tag, which work as the mails in inbox folder move to archive database after 7 days, but it is not allowing me to make such retention policy tag. it allows move to archive only on personal tags. Please help me out. Regards RMA
