  1. Hi, I'm definitely a newb so bare with me. Ultimate Goal: to deploy images, drivers, and apps to specific workstation. In order to do this, I'm supposed to create a 'Task Sequence.' Somewhere at the end of the 'Task Sequence Wizard,' I get this error message saying "Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately." (I'll attach a screenshot). I'm not sure what's going on or if this is related to the WIM file or not. Txt file attached contains more details of this error but I'm not sure what I'm looking for. BKGD System INFO: SCCM 2012 sp1 2K12R2 Performing this on my workstation via CM Console. Please advise. Task Sequence Error.txt
  2. I am new to OS deployment so i apologize if i sound like a complete idiot. But I am getting the following error when I try deploy our image. "Failed to run the action: Error in the task sequence. The drive cannot find the sector requested. (Error: 8007001B; Source: Windows)" This error prompts when the computer already has Windows 7. See below the smsts.log thank you in advance.
  3. Hi All I am trying to deploy an OS via OSD but keep getting the failed error message, when i press F8 and go into the log files i see the following error message CLibSMSMessageWinHttpTransport::Send: URL: vmwdev23SCCM.nuffield.ukhealth.com:80 GET /SMS_MP/.sms_aut?MPKEYINFORMATION Error. Received 0x80072ee7 from WinHttpSendRequest. hr, HRESULT=80072ee7 (e:\nts_sccm_release\sms\framework\osdmessaging\libsmsmessaging.cpp,8738) sending with winhttp failed; 80072ee7 the issue i have is that in the dos screen i can ping the DP/MP (both one server) via the FQDN etc all fine, the ip address is all configured correctly. So not sure what else could be the issue. i have added the Vm Nic drivers as new OS is on VMware platform and this has worked fine. Any idea what this could be.
  4. Hi , i followed this post http://www.windows-n...dows-7-x64-sp1/ and during boot from VM i got this error please advice thanks
  5. Hello I am pulling my hair out with this one. I keep on getting a 0x80072F78 when trying to image a desktop with a winpe disk made with SCCM. I have refreshed and updated the DP's, The management point is working, certificates are up to date, Winpe boot media has been remade, I have a ip address when imagine and confirmed by hitting F8 when in WInpe. Not sure what else I can try. I have attached the smsts.log file if you want to take a look. Thanks! Ryan smsts.log
