  1. Hello All, I just wanted to share this mini-series I wrote/posted about making the SCOM Data Access Service highly available (though not officially supported). URL: http://adinermie.wordpress.com/2014/04/18/scom-2012-r2-data-access-service-das-high-availability-part-1-configure-a-static-ip/. Don't forget to check out my blog for new posts regularly (as I post there first before re-posting here).
  2. Hi, I have a stand alone Primary Site... I want to have High availability, because we have a datacenter in another city. The two site are one subnet, linked by Gb/s fiber link. When i look on internet, it seems there is no real possibility to have high availability for SCCM 2012 SP1?? Am i right? We have a SQL Cluster, with nodes on both sites. My SCCM server is on VM, Hyper-V. For SCCM; i'm deploying another site server, but it can only have some of the site roles, not all of them... So in case of emergency, what is the best solution? I think about Hyper-V replica... Any other idea or better solution? Thank you all, Oli
  3. A question regarding the SCCM 2010 SP1 failover scenarios for managing around 200 clients: I am deciding between following scenarios: 1). Two Primary Servers (P01 and P02) In this case, if P01 goes down, would all 200 client automatically migrate and received updates from P02? 2). Windows Failover Cluster with shared storage and just one SCCM Primary Server Which option is better for high availability? Note: Primary server roles will be hosted on a VM and SQL Enterprise will be used.
