As I am following a guide on this site for installation.

The server I am trying to install a Primary site is windows server 2012 R2 its a Domain Controller and SQL Server is installed remotely and its SQL Server 2012 SP2.

I am using two SQL Server 2012 SP2, both servers are remote servers 1 SQL server is for CAS and 2nd SQL server is for Primary site.

Its Not SQL Cluster.

ok so initially you said you were setting up a primary, so are you infact installing a primary AFTER having setup a CAS first, is that correct ? having SQL remote from a primary is not recommended as it increases complexity and increases the likelihood of failure, always have SQL on box if possible.

Yes I have already installed CAS first and now Installing Primary Site which is P01.

Is it recommended to install SQL locally on Primary site even in production environment.

I am confused about P01 site is it must to install a Primary site on Domain Controller

i presume you are setting up a lab? hopefully, otherwise there's no real need for a CAS unless you are going to be managing 100,000 clients.
