Trouble with Hardware Inventory

Hi,

 

We seem to be having some trouble with hardware inventory. I first noticed it because we've upgraded some clients from Windows 7 -> windows 8 and the builtin Device Collections arent upgrading properly. The computers we updated to windows 8.1 are still in the Windows 7 group. Any brand new laptop will image and inventory correctly.. but existing ones that get upgraded seem to not change. I looked at one computer and the last HW inventory was 3/21/14 (even though the client says it runs every 7 days) I manually executed the scan and it says it sent and recieved on both client and server logs, but still the date doesnt change.
