console isnt updating

Recommended Posts

hi there

after installing SCCM and pushing the agent on all clients , the clients have a successful installation ( checking the logs ) but simply the console isn't updating the clients view to reflect showing that they have an agent installed and approved !!

how to solve this issue and make the console show the proper status for the clients ?

FYI i did a restart , i did reset for services as well , no warnings no errors nothing at all , i updated the membership of the client as well with no use :(

thanks

you say only 4 out of 20 are showing in the console, do you mean that they are all showing up in the console but only 4 show as 'approved' ? or `?

Hey All,

I am having the same issue.

When I left work yesterday I had 10 systems showing that the Advanced Client had been installed. They were showing in Collections -> All Systems.

When I came in this morning all 10 systems were still showing in Collections -> All Systems, however none were showing that the agent was installed.

I browsed to several of the machines in question and the client is indeed installed and appears to have the correct Site Information.

I am attaching the following:

LocationServices.log

ClientLocation.log

ccmsetup.log

Any help with more experienced eyes would be appreciated.

Thanks!

LocationServices.log

ClientLocation.log

ccmsetup.log
