mpepprell Posted March 9, 2015 Report post Posted March 9, 2015 Hi We have some new hardware with a "Mobile 5th Generation Intel Core" chipset, and have observed the following: Imaging the computer via SCCM results in all device drivers being installed, except for USB controllers. Specifically, the Universal Serial Bus controllers tree in device manager is missing On the same computer, when installing from a Windows 7 installation source, USB functionality works as expected I have attached a few files, which may help: smsts.log (C:\Windows\CCM\logs) setupact (C:\Windows\Panther) I hope you can help, because I am totally lost with this -- Matt smsts-20150309-152311.log setupact.log Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
