Just a guess, but I'd think that PXE booting via USB isn't going to work. I could be (ha! I'm certain of it!:) underinformed, but I've never heard of any system that can do that.

You'll probably need to create a bootable USB drive (with the proper USB network drivers included) to start from, and go from there.

are you attempting UEFI network boot here ? because i'm pretty sure that device is in UEFI mode, i.e. does your infrastructure support UEFI network boot ? if you are using dhcp scope options for the SCCM WDS ip, then you'll need to use iphelpers instead for UEFI to work.
