Set OU Based on Computer Name VBS Script Standalone MDT 2013 Update 2

I am using the following script in SCCM 2012 R2 and it works great.

Trying to use the same script in standalont MDT and it is not working. Can anyone provide insight on this? I place the run command line in my TS and the command line is:
