Possible Boot Driver Issue

Question

I'm running into an issue with NUC6i5SYH booting to pxe. After booting to nic, the ID that corresponds with the default x64 boot image begins to load, then transitions to the WinPE screen with the blue windows logo, and thats where it hangs. No spinning circle, and no progress. Attached is a video of the issue. There is also a copy/paste of the error I receive when trying to update distribution points after adding intel nic drivers to the boot image

(I'll also admit I'm new to SCCM and might be messing up)

I removed IntelĀ® Ethernet Connection I217-LM, which got the update distribution points to complete successfully. Now I get to a screen with Windows Boot Manager (Server IP: x.x.x.x) at the top and Windows Failed to start. a recent hardware or software change might be the cause
