some of my machines do not download user policy and at the policyagent.log file, the following error is logged every time i click the "User policy retrieval cycle".

Does any one of you encountered this issue before?

Thanks ^_^

Hi There,

I'm having the same issue with SCCM 1710. SCCM Clients aren't getting apps and configurations deployed to users. Errors below.

Do your _SCClient_ logs look the same?

I came across this post in a Google search, we were having the same errors in the policyagent.log. Our problem turned out to be caused by some bloated Kerberos tokens and we had to modify some registry keys on our Management Points to resolve. I posted a blog with the full solution that worked for us, maybe it will work for you as well.

Figured I would make an account to post the solution for the next person that finds this via Google.
