Problem Unwanted folders In the wrong place

These folders are built for here

looks like folders created when Windows Update(s) are being applied, so how are you managing updates on this server ?

My Server only SCCM server  and WSUS server Include

yes but is the SCCM client installed on this server or is it pulling updates from the internet and patching itself....

Yes, I installed the client incorrectly
But last time I turned on 3rd party update and then it happened
