did you browse to the link mentioned to see why ? and what does the Configmgrprereq.log say in the root of C:\

I got it thanks. This was the link it sent me to which really didn't help( https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sccm/core/plan-design/changes/deprecated/removed-and-deprecated). After I looked at the log it was pretty clear, i had a Distribution Point that was still running 2008R2 and it was causing the issue. I upgraded the server last night and now the prereq passes. I will do the upgrade tonight. Thanks

If I am not wrong 2008 R2 servers are still supported for DP role right??

can you please share the configmgrprereq.log which detailed that your dp server OS was the issue please ? feel free to redact it

The screenshots show that you AI update point is running on Windows 2008. So what server is that on?
