WDS setting question

Question

Hi~all

Some WDS setting question need your help

 

1.On WDS\action\properties\boot setion

Deafule boot program

x86/x64 architecture

i need to change boot image path

or

keep defult?

 

2.after PXE boot

get error message as

Boot\BCD

Ox00000098

the windows boot configuration data file not contain a vild OS entey.

 

3.I try to add boot image to WDS,image form \SCCM\OSD\Boot\X64\boot.jww00070.wim(i had set a custom background)

it work ,system can be boot to winPE(custom background show).but can't install OS.

you dont need to configure WDS,

 

is dhcp server and wds on the same machine ? or different ? is sccm on the same server as wds ?

yes, my DHCP/WDS/SCCM on same server.

a other question

 

What IS right WDS DEFAULT boot setting value???

setting x86/x64 both to pexboot.n12 or WDSNBP.com?

 

i try to setting WDS BOOT x86/x64 both to

WDSNBP.com

boot clinet to PXE boot, display loop message as below

"TFTP download boot\x64\wdsnbp.com

downloaded wdsnbp"

 

If setting to Pxeboot.n12 get message as below

get error message as

Boot\BCD

Ox00000098

the windows boot configuration data file not contain a vild OS entey

 

how can i fix this issue?
