did you already create a policy previously ? i'd suggest you look at my videos here, start with #1 and work your way through them, i cover this exact question in there.

We are in a similar situation, we have previously configured a policy with "Allow recovery information to be stored in plain text" enabled. We are now trying to modify that setting to prevent plain text, but the option is Enabled/Greyed Out.

I am assuming from the original reply "Did you already create a policy previously" that this is a known issue. I have not had much luck tracking down an answer to this.

Could you please explain here - or at least identify where or in which video this information is covered?
