wanderer Posted February 13, 2020 Report post Posted February 13, 2020 I'm trying to get Bitlocker set up in SCCM CB 1910. When I got to Client Management though the "Allow Recovery Information to be stored in plain text" is greyed out. Does anyone know why this might be the case? This is in a lab, first Bitlocker Policy. Many thanks

FrustratedAtIT Posted July 10 Report post Posted July 10 We are in a similar situation, we have previously configured a policy with "Allow recovery information to be stored in plain text" enabled. We are now trying to modify that setting to prevent plain text, but the option is Enabled/Greyed Out. I am assuming from the original reply "Did you already create a policy previously" that this is a known issue. I have not had much luck tracking down an answer to this. Could you please explain here - or at least identify where or in which video this information is covered? Thank you
