Upgrading SCCM

i want to upgarde my sccm to r3 , but i am trying to install it i got this

 

 

 

and here is my version of sccm

 

 

anyone can help me , i want to know the list of upgrading version .

what it's telling you is that you can only install the EVALUATION version of R3 on the EVALUATION version of SCCM 2007. so, if you want to install R3, then download the full version (not the evaluation version) and try again,
