Product Details not up-to-date

Question

Hi guys,

I've a strange problem, my software inventory cycle runs every day and when I look into resource explorer under product details, I always find a software product (with all it's .exe files) which was installed on the client machine. It looks like the product details are not up to date for me.

Any ideas how i can update them (a manual software inventory cycle doesn't change the stat)

kind regards

Force a Full software inventory and see if that gets updated info.check inventoryagent.log

Thanks for your reply, I did the following:

Open wbemtest and connect to root\ccm\invagt. Enum classes | recursive -> ok. Doubleclick InventoryActionStatus. Click Instances. Highlight the entry that contains {00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000001}. Click delete. Close all wbemtest windows. Started software inventory cycle on the client...

is that the right way or is there another possibility to run a full software scan?
