Add captured WIM to WDS (Win 7)

Question

Followed the guide here; http://www.windows-noob.com/forums/index.php?/topic/261-how-can-i-capture-an-image-using-wds/

Most is word for word but some of the images and text are different. I'm on 2008 R2 x64 trying to deploy Windows 7 Professional x86.

I built my reference PC just the way I want it. Created an unattend.xml and ran sysprep /generalize /oobe /shutdown /unattend:unattend.xml and then booted to the capture image via PXE. I saved that WIM to an external HDD and I am attempting to add this as an install image but it says the same thing as this; http://www.windows-noob.com/forums/index.php?/topic/497-windows-deployment-services-add-image-wizard-error/ but I am not virtual!

Any ideas? I tried uploading Image to WDS but it is wayyyy to slow and got stuck at 3% after the local wim was created...any ideas?
