Deploy Adobe Reader 10.0.1 Package fail

Question

Hi all

I have a problem with deploying a Package and i can't find out what's the problem is.

I deploy already programs like Office 2010 or Java Runtime

But with the Adobe Reader 10.0.1 it will not work. The client knows that he must do something, he create the folder structure but that's it. The client can't download the files.

I added some logs and screenshots from the client cache and the SMSPKG directory on the server.

I am happy about every hint what i can do to successfully deploy Version 10.0.1

thx

JBAB
