Every day we'r getting few clients that when you try to remote control them, it prompt for user name and password. The user that trying to remote have administrator rights on the rempote client. Even if you try to type the Client local administrator, the remote conftrol is failed with "access denied" masseg. Uninstall and reinstall the sccm client is not helping. Any suggestions?
