Peter is right. I followed the guide to complete the install. Everything is working fine.

I am running SQL 2008 SP1 CU14.

This is the only one you have to install from CU 14

Thanks Ramlan.

Hi Peter

- the question was, which one of the listed updates is required (the hotfix link provides in the post directed me towards the 5 listed files)

- the answer, as provides by Ramlan

Cheers,

J

Thanks Anyweb, the most comprehensive gudei I've seen, and I'm optimistic this may actually get SCCM installed.

I've one further question. The reason I'm installing SCCM 2012 is to use MS ForeFront 2012, and this I believe required WSUS

Can I simply follow the guide here http://www.windows-noob.com/forums/index.php?/topic/485-how-to-install-wsus-3-0-sp1/ and istall WSUS 3SP2 on my SCCM server?

Thanks,

J
