madpro Posted June 22, 2011 Report post Posted June 22, 2011 Hi there I have been tasked with installing the SCCM client on a Windows 7 x64 VM. I managed fine on the x86 VM but the x64 wont install. I have checked in the WOW64 folder but there is no entries in there I am installing the 2007 sp2 client and running the CCMSETUP.EXE from within the client folder. Trevor Sullivan Posted July 5, 2011 Report post Posted July 5, 2011 On a 64-bit Windows SCCM client, the ccmsetup folder will be in c:\windows. Can you retrieve the ccmsetup.log and see if we can figure out what's going on? Is the 64-bit client in the same IP subnet as the 32-bit client you were testing with? Hope this helps.
