SCOM Management Console

Sorry if this has been answered before

 

I need to understand how or what do i need to do to have the System Center Management System Console 2007 (SCOM Server is Locked up in a in a Rack in the server room) active on my Windows 7 Computer so that i can add / make changes to the SCOM System via my Windows 7 PC.

 

What do i need to install on my Windows 7 Computer to do this

 

any help greatly appreciated

All you need to do is run the Setup.exe for SCOM itself on you workstation, and choose to install the Administrator Console only. After the install, it will ask you for your RMS server, and then it will establish its connection.
