DB from CAS & Primary Site on the same SQL Server

Hi Guys,

 

i tried to build a sccm infrastructure with a cas, a primary site and a sql server.

 

For the installation of the CAS i had to modify the sql tcp/ip settings (set the port to 1433). Now my Problem/my question: is this a variable port? Can i change it? Because i want use the sql server for both sql instances (cas & primary site).
