Chances are one of the BCD tools, such as bcdedit.exe or bcdboot.exe will help with what you're looking for. Do you need to create new boot entries in the Boot Configuration Datastore, or remove them? Look at the aforementioned tools for that functionality, or clarify what exactly you want to do. zebulun Posted August 15, 2012 Report post Posted August 15, 2012 I needed to do the same thing in our deployments because some of our workstations used to have 2 partitions, and I wipe the partitions out using diskpart. Just before the diskpart command, I wipe the MBR using a tool called mbrfix.
