What exactly are you trying to achieve? Chances are one of the BCD tools, such as bcdedit.exe or bcdboot.exe will help with what you're looking for. Do you need to create new boot entries in the Boot Configuration Datastore, or remove them? Look at the aforementioned tools for that functionality, or clarify what exactly you want to do.
