problem deploying Vista with sccm 2007

are you sure thats all the log some of it seems missing

 

have you added any network card support to your boot.wim file for the hardware (client) you are trying to install,

 

when windows PE fails can you try pinging the server, does it work ?

I add the network drivers

I can ping the server now ( F8 from winpe ) but the server reboot without starting the provision

here's where it's failing

 

Failed to connect to "\\mdex4200-npi2.xvm...\SMSPKGD$\XVM00003" (55)

it cannot communicate with that package XVM00003

 

verify what that package is and make sure to

 

1. create a distribution point for it

2. update the distribution point

I created and updated a distribution point for it

 

the same problem
