SCCM 2007 R3 and MDT 2010 Files on deployment

Question

Hi everyone

I have deploy in some time no problems, I have SCCM 2007 R3.

In OSD -> Task Sequence -> Windows 7 2012 Fall -> inside of that TS -> References -> Type: Software package; Name MDT 2010 Files; Package ID NUK00014; Version 1.00

that "MDT 2010 Files" is in SD -> Package -> OS Installation -> MDT 2010 Files and the DP is okey i can find it.

when I deploy OS now i choose Task Sequence Wizard and choose "Windows 7 2012 Fall" and its start to deploy but stops and tells me that this Package "NUK00014" is inaccessible even its looks okey, last week i can deploy with no problems

has anyone got suggestions ?-)

thanks in advance :)

i got the SMSTS.log from the laptop, it tried to retrying to download... like 7 times and after few red lines it go this error

"Setting wizard error: This task sequence cannot be run because the program files for NUK00014 are inaccessible on the distribution point. Please make sure that the packages are available, and the distribution points are accessible, and the appropriate network access account is configured if needed. For more information, please contact your system administrator or helpdesk operator."

still the package NUK00014 has an DP right and it works last weekend hmmm.... wierd :)

The first item to check would be to ensure the deployment share is updated to reflect the latest changes. You also might want to consider moving from MDT 2010 to MDT 2012 Update 1 which is the latest update for MDT. After you upgrade to the latest version of MDT, you will be asked to update your deployment share as well. Some additional items you might want to check are permissions, location path for the content specified, and any firewalls that may be in place.

Keep us posted!
