this means your boot image doesn't have the correct network driver for your network card in it,

 

to avoid it automatically rebooting and to verify this you need to enable F8 in Windows PE to aid in troubleshooting

 

do that, press F8 when windows PE starts and a command prompt will appear, when the Task Sequence window disappears browse your drive for the SMSTS log files to read the error or just load the correct network driver in your boot.wim file
