PXE Boot - Stuck connecting to server

Hi, We have upgraded to SCCM2012 SP1 (RTM) and when booting a client via PXE the client gets to the connecting to server and then gets stuck with just more and more dots being added on.

 

Below is the section of the SMSPXE log

BootImage STG000CC needs to be updated (new packageID=STG000CC) VersionUpdate=true SMSPXE 06/01/2013 22:03:33 9348 (0x2484)

PXE::CBootImageInfo::CBootImageInfo: key=STG000CC SMSPXE 06/01/2013 22:03:33 9348 (0x2484)

 

 

Has anybody seen this before? we have updated the image on the distribution points and then booted and this has made no difference - have i over looked something obvious?
