Driver issues for OSD with SCCM 2012

Question

I am in the process of build & capture Windows 7 using SCCM 2012 after moving from WDS. I have sorted the OS Installer along with the boot image utilising the excellent guides on here and we can now boot into PXE and start the Windows 7 build... which then lead me to the problem of new hardware needing network drivers.

So I downloaded the drivers and ran the .exe to get the relevant files to add to the driver database... so I could start creating my driver packs... unfortunately adding the drivers fails with:

Error: Some driver(s) can not be imported successfully. See following details.

Error: Failed to import the following drivers:

• Realtek PCI GBE Family Controller - An error occurred while importing the selected driver.

Realtek PCI GBE Family Controller - An error occurred while importing the selected driver.

It doesn't tell me why... so I then checked the drivercatalog.log which also failed to tell me why...

Returning 1 driver definition. DriverCatalog 09/01/2013 15:41:25 6068 (0x17B4)

Can anyone tell me where to go from here?

I've tried different drivers and all generate the same errors.
