Could I request a little bit of help if you would be so kind.
2008R2 Active Directory Win7 Professional client PC
2003R2 Internal CA
In a brand new test OU with no other policies applying, I have successfully managed to deploy a machine certificate perfectly using a GPO.
However, when I test this against our production OU (21 nested GPOs) the Cert will not apply.
I have managed to isolate the root cause of the issue to a single GPO, however its a very complex Win7 Baseline Machine Policy, and the creator has since left the organisation!
If I run GP Trace, it says that the policies are deploying fine. I have also made the GPO which deploys the cert to be the last GPO to be applied if that makes any sense.
Can anyone tell me which Windows services need to be running, as i'm suspecting that this fault may be being caused by a disabled service.
