SQL Express or SQL Enterprise for Secondary Site Server

Recommended Posts

I'm planning to install a secondary site server in my SCCM 2012 SP1 hierarchy and wanted to know if I should install the SQL Express(which installs by default) or install a new instance of SQL server 2012 enterprise? My primary site server is currently running remotely on SQL Server 2012 SP1.

Thanks,

Paul

Hello,

I have a problem with my secondary Site, but I'm not sure if it's because I cannot do it like I'm doing.

I have 2 domains in the same networks, in different subnets. I'm trying to install from the primary site console the Secondary Site but I have a lot of permision problems.

Anyone knows If I can install the secondary site in a different domain, and where can I find an manual to do it?

Thanks
