how to send mails to users the steps to troubleshoot SCCM inactive clients

Hi,

 

I am working for a company.Their are many clients which are showing Inactive in client activity details for more than 50 days.

 

i have to prepare a document to send to those users whose machines are showing inactive.

 

i need to know what are the steps that i should send to those users to troubleshoot so that they become active.

Why do you want to send the information to users for troubleshooting client.

 

There are lot of sripts available to remotely fix the client on those systems.
