how can I use the new VHD feature in System Center 2012 R2 Configuration Manager

can you expand on this please (with details), when I wrote this guide I assumed people are using HyperV

So if you are using Vsphere or vmware for your VM you will need to change the CPU/MMU Virtualization option to Hardware CPU and MMU and edit the vmx file of that VM by adding two lines hypervisor.cpuid.v0 = "FALSE"   vhv.enable= "TRUE" at the bottom of the file. The error I got is do to hyperv not being able to start the VM during the deployment phase.
