ERROR: Failed to copy C:\SCCM 2012 R2\SYS CTR 2012 R2 CONFMGR\SMSSETUP\bin\x64\IntuneContentManager\Microsoft.Management.Services.Administration.InternalProxy.dll to c:\program files\microsoft configuration manager\bin\x64\intunecontentmanager\microsoft.management.services.administration.internalproxy.dll, Win32 error = 2	Configuration Manager Setup	04.02.2014 13:00:54	1004 (0x03EC)

You need to verify your installation sources. The setup can't find at least one file.

Just redownload the ISO and extract it by using a short path, to make sure that no file will be skipped because the name exceeds 255 chars.
