Hi, Sorry to say but this article seems totally incomplete atleast for those who really are new to MS exchange and for such recovery jobs. I folowed the steps to "Restore single item/content" one by one. selected the mailbox of one user and one email which we deleted for experiment. can be seen in attached file. when i ran this job, the options were totaly different than u mentioned after running the job. Also the email which was deleted is size of 90KB but it started to restore 100s of GB. i canceled the job. i am sorry but i think i need more help on this. Pleaes Note: i am running MS exchange 2010 Sp2 on Windows Server Enterprise R2 SP2 and Symantec Backup Exec 2010 R3. Can anyone please help me to recover single email and single mailbox on my exch 2010 server and advise if i went wrong on following Mr. Andersson's step by step guide??? Thanks all and desperately waiting for ur feedback. Seeker.
