MP error when installing

all sccm in one server only the database in other server clustered sql 2005 do i have to register spn first coz i have create another user for sccm only with domain admin privilege -
my setup is 1-windows 2003 ent r2 DC 2-seperate MS SQL2005 Sp2 with cluster 3-SCCM 2007 R2 when i try to install it i got error at the end mounting point error like 1-SMS_MP_CONTROL_MANAGER 1016 SMS Site Component Manager failed to install this component on this site system 2-SMS_MP_CONTROL_MANAGER 4963 MP Control Manager detected MPsetup has failed to create the CCM_Incoming Virtual Directory any solution for this. webdav it is working.
