  1. Hello all, I have a question about WDS logs in Event Viewer; is there a way to find out which user deleted image from WDS or made any changes to existing image? I'm looking at "Deployment-services-diagnostics" and have enabled all logs under it, but nothing useful is coming up.
  2. Hello all, can you tell me is possible to stream Windows OS to a client PC ? For example; I have an image somewhere on a server, and when a client boots over network, it takes that image and it's ready to use. And when I make changes to that image, client recognized those changes. Something like WDS but without actually deploying/installing Windows OS on client, more of live/stream.
  3. Problem solved. Due to my unique environment, I had a different value under DHCP 67 option Bootfile name. By 'different' I mean some custom bootfile name we use in our environment. Once I changed it to "\boot\x64\wdsnbp.com" it worked in Hyper-V too.
  4. Further testing shows that the same setup works on "Oracle VM Virtualbox" but still not on Hyper-V VMs.
  5. Hello all, I have the following problem: I have WDS running Windows Server 2012 (not R2) which is used to deploy Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 without problems. Now I want to deploy Windows 10, but the problem is - when I add Windows 10 boot.wim to my WDS and try to boot a virtual machine (hyper-v), windows logo appears and nothing else. However, when I try to boot using a physical hardware (a laptop), boot process works just fine, everything is as expected. For more information about my problem, I found this post which is the same situation I have: https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/ae061fe1-bbff-441e-9cec-8a2b7cc3c84e/wds-windows-10-boot-and-capture-images-not-starting-in-hyperv-2012-r2?forum=win10itprosetup (suggested answer to create Gen2 VM doesn't work for me). Did you run into this problem and do you have/know a workaround ? Thank Best regards
