Thank you. I tried this and it did not work. I'm still stuck at installing... any other ideas before I call MS.

Nope I haven't I might have to call Microsoft on this one.

My console is stuck on installing. I can not see the status and my cmupdate log looks like below. I see the files under EasysetupPayload folder, but i do not see anything going on. Is there some type of file i can drop in that inbox to kick it off? Waiting for changes to the "E:\Microsoft Configuration Manager\inboxes\cmupdate.box" directories, updates will be polled in 600 seconds...
