  1. You seem to be getting the error "hr = 0x80073cf2". This is covered in the MS article "https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/2769827/sysprep-fails-after-you-remove-or-update-windows-store-apps-that-inclu" See scenario 3 It has to do with the removal or update of Microsoft Store Apps before doing a sysprep. In summary:- " To resolve this issue, remove the package for the user who's running sysprep, and also remove the provisioning." Check the article for details. Good luck.
