no thoughts on this?

I can login the sccm 2012 local administrator on a client machine's software catalog. However I cant log any of my active direcotry users in. it goes back to the login popup if I put in a test users active directory credentials. the users are in the users section of assets and compliance. I cant seem to find anywhere else to check as to what the issue is. thanks for any suggestions!
