Deploying a syspreped 2003 Image using WDS

Question

I went through these steps for capturing a Windows 2003 R2 X64 box.

Deployment seems to go fine until the box reboots and begin's it's syprep.

I'm getting prompted for my product key.. which was specified in the sysprep.inf

What am I doing wrong?

I have the sysprep inf in:

D:\RemoteInstall\Images\Windows 2003 Captures\Win2k3X64R2STD\$OEM$\$1\Sysprep (where Win2k3X64R2STD.wim is the name of the capture image)

The Sysprep.inf consists of (edited out key, pwd etc):
