OSD Help

Recommended Posts

Hi, we've had a working SCCM 2012 SP1 system that has been deploying OS for a couple of months now. Friday, it quit working and I've searched everywhere for an answer.

All PXE task sequences fail with a Code 0x80004005 error. It's when it's trying to down load the software update policy.

It tries this 5 times and always fails,
Failed to download policy {A2AF7098-BABE-4596-B503-00E3DFDEF829} (Code 0x80004005).

On the management point, I get this error:

MP IP: Policy ID={A2AF7098-BABE-4596-B503-00E3DFDEF829} Version=SHA256:99D9721944E9ABF5A1962E7EC805A25A77ADAB7B72EBB7E6662FFC9BF2579332 not found or authorized for 658bb741-5f7c-48ed-8eec-172ab9ecef41 client

Any advice?

Oh, and in MP_Policy we're getting this error:

CHandlePolicyAssignmentRequest::CreatePolicyRequestStagingFile: cannot create or find policy request file

CHandlePolicyAssignmentRequest::Execute(): CreatePolicyRequestStagingFile() failed with error: 0x80070020.

CPolicyManagerHandler::HandleMessage(): SetComplete(DISCARD) called.
