Hello All, I have an application deployment setup for Adobe Reader 11. I have one MSI deployment type with a Windows Installer detection method set. I have deployed this package to ~1500 machines. Most are successful but on a few I have encountered 'Past Due - Will be retried' with error code 0x87D00324. When I check AppEnforce.log, it shows a successful installation, but the next lines show 'Application not Detected'. Where on the local machine does Config Mgr look to compare the MSI Product Code specified in the Application Detection Method Clause to determine detection? Thanks, Timothy

I have observed on some of my Windows 7 systems that there is a "Configuration Manager Client Retry Task" created under Task Scheduler. It is set to run "C:\Windows\ccmsetup\ccmsetup.exe /ForceInstall /config:MobileClient.tcf /RetryWinTask:1" once a day every 5 hours. These systems had the client installed using client push through the admin console. I would like to know what process creates the scheduled task and why. Thanks is advance. Timothy
