  1. How do you detect unknown hardware with SCCM 2012? I see the default two unknown computers 32 bit and the 64 bit machine. I assume that the only way to detect unknown devices would be through DHCP request? I guess my question would be how can I see computers that are not joined to the domain aka just plugged into the network somewhere? I see unknown computers but its not updating.
  2. Thank you I resolved it.
  3. I would like to personally thank anyweb and this site, Through the knowledge on this website and its community I was not only able to get my company to skip SCCM 2007 all together they actually have decided to purchase new hardware for the SCCM server. I have set up a test enviroment and SCCM 2012 is functioning. what features would be the most valuable to showcase. Although time is limited I was considering -upgrading a client from XP to windows 64 -pushing our antivirus software to an unprotected machine -and possibly running some reports. -Software store demonstration Any other suggestions?
  4. Thank you again.
  5. Long time Reader, First time poster. This is the hands down best site and community I have seen in a long time, thank you. We are a small company I was thinking of going with the following mock ups. Mock up Site Server with SQL on it Mock up DNS/AD server Mock up WSUS Server Mock up Domain Controller and then a few laptops to act as our clients. Thank you Ken
