Configure button on Welcome Wizard?

I'm trying to setup SCCM 2007 R2 to prompt for static IP information on a new OS Deployment. I've seen many articles about assigning OSD variables or clicking on the Configure button on the PE Task Sequence Welcome Wizard. Unfortunately, I don't have a Configure button! I can't find a way to expose it and it's driving me crazy. I'm sure I'm dancing around it, but just can't zero in on it. Any ideas? Thanx!
