    I have been testing out Configuration Manager 2012 and am having some issues with the remote control feature. I have added my domain account as a "full administrator" however when I try to use remote control it fails. When I try to remote control the same client using the SMSAdmin account it connects fine. Does anyone have an idea of what could be causing this?
